Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting healthcare products or services, building relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Promote and sell healthcare products, medical equipment, diagnostic services, or pharmaceutical products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Marketing Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to promote services or products
Organize product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities
Identify new markets and business opportunities

Job Specification

Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability
Knowledge of healthcare products or medical terminology preferred
Customer relationship management skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to travel for field visits

Qualifications

Minimum: +2 (Intermediate)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred; freshers may apply
