Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-friendly female candidates to join our light luxury jewelry store. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are passionate about jewelry, fashion, and customer service. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Explain jewelry designs, materials, and styling options to customers
- Help customers choose products based on their preferences and needs
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays in the store
- Handle daily inventory arrangement and basic store upkeep
- Achieve sales targets through friendly and sincere customer interaction (no aggressive sales)
- Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships
Job Specification
- Female candidates aged 18–25
- Fresh graduates or college students are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary + commission + performance bonus
- Estimated monthly earnings: NPR 15,000 – 30,000+ (no upper limit)
