Job Description

Seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our Parvatipur factory. Candidates must have an engineering background and experience in metal household products manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules; optimize processes; ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Quality Control: Implement QC procedures; conduct inspections; resolve quality issues.
Inventory Management: Manage raw material and finished goods inventory; reduce waste.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide production staff; maintain a positive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements using lean principles.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Reporting: Track KPIs; prepare reports using ERP and Excel; update management.

Job Specification

BE/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
7+ years’ experience in metal household products manufacturing (copper/aluminum utensils, pressure cookers, appliances)
Strong skills in production planning, quality, inventory management
Good team leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems & advanced Excel
Strong communication skills
