Job Description

The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role involves leading the marketing team, managing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage the marketing team across branding, digital, and offline activities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee brand positioning, communication, and market research.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and online presence.
Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to support business growth.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and prepare reports for leadership.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines.
