Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Officer to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, online sales strategies, and field-based sales activities. This role requires market understanding, client relationship management, and the ability to drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Manage and grow sales through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms
Conduct regular field visits inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley to meet clients and explore new opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and maintain records using basic reporting tools or CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities

Job Specification

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum +2 qualification (relevant experience will be highly valued)
Prior experience in furniture, modular kitchen, or interior-related fields will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Strong market knowledge and practical sales experience
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic reporting; CRM knowledge preferred)
Professional attitude with strong commitment to work

Additional Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler
Valid driving license is mandatory
Willingness to travel for field visits
