Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Officer to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, online sales strategies, and field-based sales activities. This role requires market understanding, client relationship management, and the ability to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and grow sales through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms
- Conduct regular field visits inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley to meet clients and explore new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records using basic reporting tools or CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum +2 qualification (relevant experience will be highly valued)
- Prior experience in furniture, modular kitchen, or interior-related fields will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Strong market knowledge and practical sales experience
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic reporting; CRM knowledge preferred)
- Professional attitude with strong commitment to work
Additional Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for field visits
