Job Description
B2B Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and sell signage raw materials (Flex, Vinyl, Acrylic, ACP, LED etc), branding products, and related machinery to Media Houses and Fabricators.
Network Building: Identify and visit fabrication workshops to establish long-term supply partnerships.
Consultative Selling: Understand technical project requirements and recommend the appropriate raw materials or equipment.
Payment Collection: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including the timely collection of payments and dues.
Market Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying untapped opportunities within the Kathmandu Valley.
Job Specification
Passion for Sales: A genuine drive for sales is mandatory. We are looking for a "go-getter" who is energized by meeting new people, closing deals, and hitting targets.
Experience: Prior experience in sales is an advantage, particularly in B2B, hardware, or industrial materials.
Communication: Persuasive speaking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and fabricators.
Logistics: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Education: Minimum 10+2 passed.
Attitude: High resilience, a positive mindset toward field challenges, and a strong sense of accountability for collections.
