Job Description

Visit assigned modern trade outlets daily and collect orders.
Maintain strong business relationships with store managers and purchase teams.
Ensure product visibility, stock rotation (FIFO), and merchandising as per company guidelines.
Follow up on order delivery, return handling, and payment collection.
Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves.
Increase product reach by listing new SKUs and securing better shelf visibility.
Execute promotional plans, in-store branding, and activation programs.
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales operations, and logistics team.
Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Modern Trade segment.
Familiarity with Kathmandu modern trade network.
Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Two-wheeler and valid license preferred.
