Job Description

Classic Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely service delivery
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians and internal teams
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure smooth workflow between sales and technical departments
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Job Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a similar coordination role
Minimum +2 Completed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and friendly phone handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
