Job Description

Serve ice cream and related products to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including counters, display areas, and seating spaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly at the cash counter.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage billing.
Work in rotational shifts as per store requirements.
Provide courteous, polite, and customer-focused service at all times.
Follow company policies, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Job Specification

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and handle customers professionally.
