Job Description
- Serve ice cream and related products to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including counters, display areas, and seating spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly at the cash counter.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage billing.
- Work in rotational shifts as per store requirements.
- Provide courteous, polite, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Job Specification
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
