Job Description

Manage and support distributors and dealers across the Kathmandu Valley region.
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
Collect payments from dealers/distributors and ensure timely deposits.
Plan and execute route-wise market visits to generate orders.
Ensure product availability, stock planning, and sales forecasting
Expand distribution by appointing new dealers in vacant or potential areas.
Monitor market coverage, outlet expansion, and brand visibility.
Align primary and secondary sales with market demand.
Implement sales promotions, schemes, and trade offers effectively.
Track competitor pricing, activities, and market expansion.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Work closely with internal sales team, accounts, and logistics.
Maintain strong dealer relationships and resolve market issues.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Marketing or related field.
2–4 years of experience in FMCG distributor/dealer sales preferred.
Strong knowledge of Kathmandu Valley market & dealer network.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong field planning and reporting discipline.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
