Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Manage end-to-end corporate gifting projects, from requirement understanding to final delivery.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and corporate agreements tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with both clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
Oversee order processing and ensure smooth execution from confirmation to dispatch.
Proactively resolve client and vendor issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update corporate client databases and vendor records for efficient operations.
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in corporate sales or vendor management (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in the gift, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
