Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Manage website content, SEO tasks and blog/article updates.
Assist in email marketing, social media content creation and performance reporting.
Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Customer Care & Support

Communicate promptly and professionally with clients via phone, email and chat.
Assist clients with service inquiries, website update requests and general support.
Maintain follow-ups, ensure timely issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams.
Manage customer feedback and help improve overall satisfaction.
Support sales and business development teams when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT or a relevant field.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics).
Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Good customer service mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing or graphic tools (like Canva) is a plus.
