Job Description

  • Collect packages from the Daraz warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers on time.
  • Verify orders before delivery and ensure accuracy in items and quantity.
  • Collect cash or confirm digital payments from customers, when applicable.
  • Maintain proper documentation of deliveries (signatures, invoices, receipts).
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Follow traffic rules and ensure safe riding at all times.
  • Take care of the assigned motorcycle/scooter and report any issues promptly.
  • Uphold Daraz’s service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
  • Own a motorbike/scooter with proper documents (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Kathmandu and surrounding areas/routes.
  • Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and mobile applications.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based role with daily travel.
  • Flexible shifts including weekends/holidays (as per campaign needs).
  • Exposure to different weather and traffic conditions.
