- Collect packages from the Daraz warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers on time.
- Verify orders before delivery and ensure accuracy in items and quantity.
- Collect cash or confirm digital payments from customers, when applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation of deliveries (signatures, invoices, receipts).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding delivery status.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure safe riding at all times.
- Take care of the assigned motorcycle/scooter and report any issues promptly.
- Uphold Daraz’s service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
