Job Description

Bheri Karnali Human Resource Development and Research Center (BHEK Nepal) invites applications from interested and eligible individuals to prepare a Roster/Panel of experienced, skilled, and subject-matter expert trainers and researchers for training, capacity development, research, survey, and consultancy services to be conducted in-person and online across various districts.

Gender Equality & Social Inclusion (GESI)
Disability Inclusion
Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (VCA)
Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM)
Disaster Preparedness, Response & Recovery
Community Development & Facilitation
Child Rights & Child Protection
Anti-Human Trafficking
Leadership, Communication & Life Skills
Project Management, MEAL, and Capacity Building
Baseline, Midline & Endline Survey
Research, Data Collection & Analysis
Policy Research, Policy Development & Advocacy
Other social development-related subjects as required

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Completed at least a Training of Trainers (TOT) in the relevant subject.
At least 2 years of work/training experience in the related field.
Priority will be given to those with experience in training operation, facilitation, research, or consultancy.
Effective presentation and communication skills in Nepali and English languages.
Ability to work in remote and rural areas.
Ability to prepare Training Modules, IEC materials, research tools, and reports.
