In addition to drinking water solutions, Supreme Associates Traders supplies water treatment systems for general utility and industrial purposes. The organization focuses on delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective water purification technologies to meet diverse customer needs.Role Description The Business Development Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the water solutions market, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting sales negotiations. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and monitoring market trends to recommend product improvements and sales strategies. The Business Development Engineer will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Development and New Business Development skills, with experience identifying opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales and Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate confidently, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess water treatment needs, evaluate market data, and prepare accurate proposals and reports.
- Relevant technical background in engineering or science (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in water treatment, purification systems, or related engineering products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, documentation, and report writing.
