Job Summary
A growing franchise-based retail company, is looking for a proactive professional to support its retail expansion and franchise network. The role will focus on identifying new franchise opportunities, onboarding new stores, and monitoring the performance of existing franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential franchise partners and new store locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Coordinate the franchise onboarding and store-opening process.
• Monitor sales, operational performance, and key KPIs of franchise stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide support to improve performance.
• Ensure franchise outlets follow company standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
• Identify operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance and franchise expansion.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives across franchise outlets.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, franchise management, sales, or business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for franchise/store visits.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-based role.
