Digital Marketing Officer

We are part of an international group of companies, and we are expanding our Kathmandu team with a key role in digital marketing.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, full-time, based in Kathmandu.

The ideal candidate has solid, practical experience across the tools that drive modern marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, design and AI-powered workflows. You are someone who takes ownership, works independently, and delivers results without needing constant direction.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns
• Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Creating designs for social media, ads and websites
• Managing and updating our WordPress websites
• Integrating AI tools such as Claude and Gemini into daily marketing workflows to improve efficiency and output
• Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Working knowledge of Google Ads
• Good design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
• Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• You don't need to master everything. Strong skills in most areas and willingness to learn are enough.
