Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of HRIS, attendance, or payroll systems preferred.
- Understanding of HR documentation, payroll processes, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
- Independent, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- People-oriented, approachable, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Own two-wheeler with valid license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and off boarding.
- Maintain and update the employee database, including personal details, attendance, and performance records.
- Ensure proper implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process: postings, CV screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
- Maintain records/track of attendance, leave balances and monitor punctuality.
- Track performance reviews, probation evaluations, and related follow-up actions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – address employee queries and grievances and promote a positive culture.
- Ensure compliance with the Nepal Labor Act, SSF, and internal company policies and maintain statutory documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, logistics, office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Keep vehicle record and report for timely service and manage insurance, benefits, and other compliance records.
- Manage the end-to-end off boarding process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, clearance, and handover.
- Support general administrative tasks and handle correspondence, office upkeep, and internal documentation.
