At Fortified Builders Pvt. Ltd., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Nepal. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, result-oriented Civil Overseer / Sub-Engineer with hands-on expertise in road construction projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Site Supervision: Direct and monitor daily on-site road construction activities to ensure execution aligns with engineering drawings and project plans.
- Resource Management: Manage field labor, coordinate machinery, and track raw material consumption efficiently to avoid project delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials, soil work, paving, and drainage installations adhere strictly to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce strict site safety guidelines for work crews and visitors.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare daily site activity logs, material stock reports, and regular progress updates for project managers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in Road Construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Sound understanding of site layout, measurement techniques, quality control, and safety standard operating procedures.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for site transit.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills under field conditions.
