Site Supervisor/Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and responsible  Site Supervisor/Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with local labor and skilled personnel, manage construction materials, monitor work progress, and ensure that all site work is completed according to approved project plans, drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute work planning at the ground level in accordance with approved project plans and schedules.
• Ensure all work is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Manage and supervise local labor and skilled personnel to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned work.
• Arrange and manage construction materials locally as per the company-approved budget and project requirements.
• Submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager and keep higher management informed of project status.
• Ensure completion of work within the specified timeline while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, work progress, material usage, and related records.
• Ensure work meets the required quality and quantity standards as per project specifications.
• Maintain professional behavior, discipline, and a positive attitude while working with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Strictly follow all company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering,Overseer qualification or a related engineering field.
• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction/site-based role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction site operations, work planning, and project execution.
• Ability to read and understand approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and their proper utilization at site.
• Strong ability to supervise and coordinate local labor and skilled personnel.
• Good reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and construction work requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, professionalism, and teamwork.
