Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional candidate for the position of IRM(International Relationship Manager). The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Business or Psychology with experience in the recruitment field. Candidates with overseas work experience will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate recruitment-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support team operations and achieve recruitment targets.
- Prepare reports and updates as required by management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior 3 years plus experience in the recruitment field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Candidates may be required to work outside the country as well.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: NPR 100,000/-
- Other benefits as per company policy.
