MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mobilize teams to meet daily installation and troubleshoot targets of branch and on time as requested by client
Supervise, Train, and Monitor ITSRs and Field Teams.
Ensure proper procedure is followed during field works.
Generate new ideas and strategies to enhance better support system.
Co-ordinate with Administration, Enterprise Support, L2 team and Technical department if needed.
Responsible for preparing all reports/analysis of all activities as required for management.
Conduct necessary field visits when required.
Conduct safety inspection on regular basis.
Networking and expansion.
Field Survey, FTTH Mapping and Troubleshoot
Knowledge of Local Area
Prepare comprehensive retail network outage report on daily basis
Timely verification and confirmation of outage acknowledgement, estimated time to recovery and update resolution for every outage in the network.
Design comprehensive outage notification message on case base during outages.
Perform other relevant works as assigned by BM or RTO when required.
