Job Description
Position: Senior Test Automation Engineer
Company: Coding Mountain
About Coding Mountain: Coding Mountain is a full-service outsourcing company offering technical and BPO/KPO services to enhance business efficiency. We specialize in assembling and managing top talent from Nepal to meet the unique needs of global clients. Our tailored approach ensures a quick ramp-up, cultural alignment, high productivity, and exceptional service quality.
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (AI-First) who sees AI as their primary "force multiplier." We are moving beyond traditional, brittle automation. We aren’t looking for someone to just write scripts; we are looking for a Quality Architect who can leverage LLMs, Self-Healing frameworks, and AI-driven data generation to build a resilient testing ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Use Generative AI to rapidly build and refactor end-to-end test suites in Playwright.
- Implement and manage Self-Healing test automation tools to automatically resolve broken selectors and locators.
- Deploy AI-based visual regression tools to validate complex financial dashboards and screens across all devices and browsers.
- Utilize tools to capture microservices traffic and automatically generate robust integration tests and mocks.
- Leverage AI-driven insights from across the development lifecycle to identify "hotspots" in our codebase and prioritize testing where the risk is highest.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in E2E automation.
- Understanding of modern web architecture. You must be able to read code and hook into backend services.
- You are a "Power User" of AI tools. You understand Prompt Engineering specifically for QA and know how to integrate AI into a CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions/GitLab).
- Familiarity with AI-first QA tools like Argos, CodeceptJS, Keploy and similar frameworks.
- Experience testing complex ERP, Fintech, or data-heavy systems.
- A "Shift-left" Mindset: Catching bugs at the PR level using AI-powered tools and autonomous discovery.
