Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ATMs, Kiosks, CDMs, and related devices. The role includes handling hardware/software issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting UPS and network equipment, and providing on-site technical service. Candidates must update all activities in the WDN ticketing system and be willing to travel as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for ATMs, Kiosks, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), and other self-service devices
  • Perform installation and configuration of ATM software, hardware, and associated peripheral equipment.
  • Install and maintain UPS systems, batteries, Network device and computer hardware components.
  • Deliver technical support and service activities at customer locations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot ATM applications and related systems.
  • Carry out repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ATM hardware.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of ATMs and peripheral devices.
  • Travel outside the assigned region when required for service support.
  • Report to WDN Call center and update all record / service activity in the WDN ticketing System.


Qualifications

  • Intermediate/ Diploma in Electronics/ Computer/ Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
  • +2 with strong repair & maintenance skills (Engineering students/dropouts can apply)
  • Must have 2-wheeler with valid license, Based at/near by Dharan - Itahari
