Logistic & Dispatch Officer

Competences:

• Qualification: Graduate having 2 year experience in logistic/dispatch/stores/accounts section.
• Skill: Excellent communication and negotiation skill, having ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of supply management, MS Office and basic accounting

Work station: Rupandehi, Nepal

NOTE: Preferably willingness to stay inside Factor Premises

Primary Role:

• Receiving the feed product from production department
• Proper storing of feed product goods
• Arrangement of transport/vehicle
• Dispatching of products to the customer/market as per sales order
• Manage the finished goods inventory and maintain FIFO system.
• Safeguard the finished product from loss/damage
• Prepare bill/invoice, dispatch slip, inventory record, and gate pass and take approval from production manager.
• Maintain the detail records of receiving and dispatching items.
• Preparation of daily and monthly dispatch report in detail.
• Ensure that all invoice and dispatch rate is correct
• Monitor loading of finished goods and ensure that loading quantity and products are as per sales order.
