Job Description
Role Description The Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in Nepal, with a mix of office-based collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing sponsorships and partnerships with brands and organizations aligned with Wiser Esports’ events and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing partner relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating sponsorship deliverables, and tracking contract performance. The executive will work closely with event, marketing, and production teams to integrate partner campaigns into tournaments, broadcasts, and content. Additional responsibilities include researching market opportunities, attending and supporting esports events, maintaining accurate sales and partnership pipelines, and contributing to long-term partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal business communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
- Event Management and Event Planning skills to coordinate sponsor activations and ensure smooth onsite and online event execution.
- Sales experience in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship and partnership deals.
- Understanding of esports, gaming culture, and digital media, with enthusiasm for competitive gaming and live events.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Nepal, manage time independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including use of CRM tools, basic reporting, and pipeline management.
- Prior experience in sports, esports, media, or entertainment partnerships is an advantage.
