We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-focused Female Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout their study-abroad journey, from initial counselling and course selection to university applications and visa guidance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong counselling abilities, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counselling and guidance to students interested in studying abroad.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, career goals, and financial considerations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and study options based on individual student profiles.
- Guide students through the complete application and admission process.
- Assist students with documentation, application forms, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Provide guidance regarding student visa applications, financial requirements, scholarships, and related procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Conduct counselling sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars related to overseas education.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and international education partners.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records of counselling and applications.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, admission procedures, and visa policies.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets while maintaining high-quality student service.
