Job Description
Location: Hetauda, Makwanpur
Job Summary:
The chemical engineer-operator is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, managing stock, and maintaining effective coordination within the team. The role also involves reporting, planning, and supporting inter-departmental operations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in day-to-day production and shift management.
- Perform basic testing of RM and FG and ensure quality.
- Maintain close coordination with team members and ensure that subordinates work in a friendly environment.
- Maintain a stock of RM and FG of their department.
- Work as an operator in inter-department as required.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports including production planning.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Ability to manage shifts and multitask effectively
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Adaptability to work across departments
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage
