Graduate/PG degree in social work/development studies/Psychology/ Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
4-5 years of working experience in the social Development sector

Job Specification

Facilitating the development, management and Implementation of Programmes in line with the regional strategy and within the CBM’s Standards and Budgets through appropriate Programme Management systems
Communicate with partners as the first point of contact.
Identify needs and support the Programme Manager to organise training and capacity building for PERIP partners.
Initiate and support development of innovative projects/ programmes
Plan and coordinate financial reviews/ assessment of partners in consulting with the programme finance team and respective line managers.
Support development of inclusive programmes in coordination with partners and RO teams.
Co-ordinate and provide reports as required on projects for internal and external stakeholders including funders
Assists the finance section in the evaluation of financial statement and accounts abstract and in the preparation of accounts checklists for projects his/ her care.
Documenting and sharing of experiences and good practices followed in partners organisations.
