PG degree in social work/social science /development studies/development management or equivalent
3-5 years of work experience in the social development sector and with disability management related multilateral and international agencies
Job Specification
Effective management and strategic development of project/ major partner portfolio by initiating, strengthening and nurturing a professional relationship with national and international partners/ advisors/ consultants and developing and sustaining an effective programme team which delivers results in line with CBM GPS and Regional Strategies
Provide strategic input and advice to the CBM NCO PERIP partners
Development of new ideas and initiatives
Develop and implement high-quality action plans, within the assigned programme portfolio
Participate in developing and monitoring policies, processes for evaluating, reviewing and enhancing cost-effective programmes
Guide the Programme Officers, in preparing medium to long term plans for partners.
Ensure capacity development initiatives for partner organisations
Work together with the country office team in areas of policy formulation, enactment of laws and policies
Participate in external committees and working groups concerned with issues relating to programmes.
Enhance relations with various stakeholders like advisors, partners and consultants etc
Work with the country office and regional office team (KLT) in developing monitoring, evaluation and learning tools
Ensure NCO systems for partners capture all their activities and impacts of their work
