Job Description
Job Title : Agriculture Officer (Open to Female candidates only)
Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of agriculture or veterinary science
Duty Station : Based on Babarmahal, Kathmandu (frequent travel to districts all over Nepal)
Required skills and competencies :
Candidates participated in 3 days’ agriculture, livestock and medicinal herb loss assessor training will be given foremost priority. Basic knowledge of agriculture, livestock and medicinal herb insurance in Nepal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially
Excel and Word). Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, both written and spoken. Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure. Analytical and problem solving mindset. High level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent documentation, presentation and reporting abilities.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is an advantage
Salary: Negotiable
