Job Description
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate leads and create a pipeline of opportunities for sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and drive sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales within the hospitality sector, with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of market trends, guest preferences, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if required.
