Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Explain TDT’s tailoring services, fabrics, designs, and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable garments and styles.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support customers during measurements, fittings, and garment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and fittings when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders and requirements.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Ensure the showroom and displayed products are clean and well-organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
