Sales Officer

JSS Overseas is a hardware company engaged in the supply and distribution of hardware and related construction products. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to business growth through field sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company’s hardware products to customers.
• Visit hardware shops, dealers, contractors, and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer orders and requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, confident, and willing to work in the field.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward sales.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an advantage.
