Swargadwari Bee Concern Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales & Marketing Staff to promote our products and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to clients and retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
• Utilize full potential, skills, and creativity to achieve sales goals.

• Academic Qualification: +2 or above.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong self-motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary:20,000 NPR  per month
• Additional: Sales incentives, daily allowances, and performance-based rewards.
• Highly experienced and eligible candidates may receive a higher salary, as per negotiation and company policy.
