The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting the right football products, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable football products and accessories.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Handle billing, cash/QR/card transactions, and basic POS operations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product arrangement.
- Stay updated on football clubs, leagues, players, jerseys, boots, and other merchandise to provide accurate product recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Support overall store operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
