- Advanced Service Knowledge and good service attitude
- Good typing skill and advanced PC user
- Can write in both Nepali Unicode and English
- Good communication skills in both English & Nepali
- Available to work in shifts and flexible in different working timings
- Able to work in pressure and multitask
