Since the vacant post of Executive Director in the National Dairy Development Board affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development will be filled through open competition; For the information of all concerned, interested Nepalese citizens who meet the following qualifications should submit confidential applications within 21 days from the date of first publication of this notice and if the last day of application falls on a public holiday, the next day during office hours at the Personnel Administration Branch (Board / Institute Desk) of this Ministry, Sinha Darwar, Kathmandu. 1) Qualification and Experience:

a) Having acquired the educational qualification according to sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development related to the appointment and nomination of officials of public bodies, and having at least ten years of work experience as an officer/manager in an organization or agency. having been

b) Completed 30 years of age and not more than 60 years of age till the last date of submission of application.

2) Deemed ineligible for appointment:

a) Non-Nepali citizens,

b) Convicted for corruption, money laundering, human trafficking, drug dealing, antiquities or protected wildlife offenses or other criminal offenses involving moral turpitude,

c) Not having completed the three-year period after being included in the black list and released from such list according to the prevailing law,

 

(d) having obtained a permanent residence permit of a foreign country,

e) Being a beneficiary or a beneficiary in the public body to which he is appointed,

f) mental balance is not right,

g) Working under any contractual agreement with the public body to be appointed or having private interest,

h) The applicant must submit a self-declaration of disqualification in the above-mentioned subjects along with the application.

3) Application Submission Process:

For the appointment of the Executive Director of the National Dairy Development Board, the following documents must be verified and submitted by the candidate himself along with the application/commitment letter as per Schedule 2 of the Procedures of the Recommendation Committee, 2080.

(a) Copy of Certificate of Nepali Citizenship,

b) Copy of certificates of educational qualifications (including copies of certificates of equivalency in case of educational qualifications obtained from foreign universities),

c) Copy of experience disclosure documents,

d) Personal Statement (CV) of a maximum of three pages,

e) Along with the application, 2 (two) professional action plans prepared in 5000 (five thousand) words including the current situation, problems challenges, and improvement plans of the National Dairy Development Board should be sealed and submitted in separate envelopes. It is not allowed to put your name or any sign on any page other than the cover page of the action plan. If found to be so, it will be treated as a candidate who has not applied properly. Professional action plans (including soft copy/pen drive) should be sealed in a separate envelope and submitted. If the language of the professional action plan is in Nepali, it should be in Nepali Unicode Kalimati font size 11 and if it is in English, it should be in Times New Roman font size 11.

f) Electronic copy of the PowerPoint Presentation should be submitted within the specified time, g) Employees working in the government of Nepal, provincial government, local level or public bodies, or organized organizations wholly or partially owned by the government of Nepal or provincial government should apply. In doing so, the approval/permission of the authorized officer of the relevant agency must be submitted.

4) Presentation of Professional Action Plan:

A) The candidate will have to make a PowerPoint Presentation of the business plan he has submitted. Presentation time will be 20 minutes.

5) Application fee: The amount of the application fee is the code no. of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development. 312003501, revenue account 100010020010000, revenue title 14224 to be credited to Rashtriya Banijya Bank Limited, Singhdarbar Branch Rs. 3000 (literally three thousand only) must submit the complete receipt.

6) Other Details:

(a) The selection and recommendation committee may postpone or cancel the above-mentioned post-filling process by mentioning any reason. b) In case of submission of false information or documents, the application will be canceled and action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
