Position: Business Development Officer (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with executives/interns to achieve revenue goals

• Perform market research to identify new opportunities to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities

• Develop creative strategies to retain the clients, take feedbacks and incorporate it into the growth plan

• Educate customers on problem resolution in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner

• Identify, qualify, secure business opportunities, and coordinate business generation activities

• Assist business development lead to acquire, keep, and expand business accounts

• Liaise with intra-department teams and cordially work to meet the objective as defined

• Extract/ keep the database record of potential clients and their information as required from different sources

• Meet the deadline and achieve the given target

• Making phone calls to potential customers and assisting in finalizing sales and managing the client relationship

• Track and document any support issues and resolutions

• Recommend any products/services that may be of interest to clients/prospects

• Prepare regular progress reports and schedule client meetings as required

Job Specification

• Having knowledge related to cloud services will be highly preferred

• Great communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Understanding Information Technology and current market trends is a huge plus

• Good documentation skills

• The ability to travel to meet clients and research new markets as needed

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skill

• Dynamic, self-motivated, positive, polite, and willing to learn

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

• Two-wheeler license holders with their own vehicles are highly preferable
