Job Description
Skill Nepal is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and strategic outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing, with a passion for promoting vocational education that empowers youth and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs across various platforms.
- Manage Skill Nepal’s online presence including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Coordinate branding and promotional activities such as events, fairs, and school visits.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for promotional materials.
- Maintain relationships with media, education consultants, and partner organizations.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Assist in lead generation, inquiry handling, and follow-ups for student enrollment.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve positioning.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or training institutions.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
