Job Description

Skill Nepal is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and strategic outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing, with a passion for promoting vocational education that empowers youth and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs across various platforms.
Manage Skill Nepal’s online presence including website, social media, and email marketing.
Coordinate branding and promotional activities such as events, fairs, and school visits.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for promotional materials.
Maintain relationships with media, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Assist in lead generation, inquiry handling, and follow-ups for student enrollment.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve positioning.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or training institutions.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
