Job Description

Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Overall responsibility for Marketing, Advertising, Branding, and Communication functions.
  • Monitoring, supervision, and performance evaluation of all marketing staff across Nepal.
  • Lead team management, structure optimization, and efficient organogram design.
  • Responsible for crisis management, change management, and brand image strategy.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • End-to-end planning and execution of ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies.
  • FMCG product management, including positioning, target segmentation, and product placement.
  • Development of sales and impact-based marketing budgets and ROI-focused strategies.
  • Supervision of design, concept, and content creation for all communication materials—print, digital, audio, and video.
  • Manage Facebook pages, social media content, email, tele-marketing, and direct marketing.

Trade & Campaign Execution

  • Design and manage on-trade and off-trade schemes for product promotion.
  • Execution and coordination of BTL activations, events, ATL campaigns, and promotions.
  • Responsible for media planning, strategy, buying, and vendor management.
  • Oversee event planning, execution, and campaign impact evaluation.

International Coordination & Client Liaison

  • Serve as key liaison with international clients and parent company stakeholders.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and regular reporting to international brand teams.
  • Facilitate project approvals, brand localization, and knowledge sharing with global counterparts.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct regular market surveys, competitor analysis, and category reviews.
  • Study and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns, with data-driven reporting.
  • Lead R&D initiatives for new product development and innovation pipeline.
  • Collect and interpret insights to support business strategy and future planning.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in multi-platform marketing, brand management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, digital marketing, and media strategy.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders.
