Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain furniture products, features, materials, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Handle furniture orders and ensure accurate coordination of order details.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and support overall sales activities.
- Create simple promotional and marketing content videos for showroom products.
- Develop generic product showcase videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Support brand visibility and engagement through creative content creation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Assist in showroom operations and daily customer interactions.
- Contribute to sales growth through effective customer engagement and product presentation.
