Job Description
- Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail outlets.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities when required.
- Gather customer feedback and report market insights to management.
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (intermediate) completed; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-orientated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
