Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer- Rental to manage rider onboarding, leasing operations, and customer relationships. If you enjoy building strong client connections and ensuring smooth operations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Onboarding

Facilitate rider onboarding, including document verification and scooter handover.
Provide orientation to riders on vehicle usage, safety, and lease terms.

Customer Experience & Support

Serve as the primary contact for leasing inquiries.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests professionally.
Build long-term relationships to drive rider satisfaction and retention.

Operations & Compliance

Monitor lease payments and follow up for timely collections.
Ensure scooters are used according to lease agreements.
Coordinate with operations team for scooter allocation, GPS tracking, and servicing.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate lease files, rider records, and payment history.
Prepare reports on leasing performance and customer trends.

Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
1 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or financial services (experience in mobility or rental is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of contracts, agreements, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
