Job Description
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
- Lead and supervise sales, customer service, and technical support teams
- Achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Coordinate with technical teams for installation, maintenance, and network issues
- Prepare branch reports, sales reports, and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team development
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local partners
- Control branch expenses and manage operational budgets
- Support marketing and promotional activities in the branch area
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years+ of experience in ISP, telecommunications, or related industry or other Field Branch Manager
- Previous experience in branch management or team leadership preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of internet services, networking, and customer support operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
