Role Description The Customer Service Intern will support day-to-day customer interactions in-store and via phone at the Kathmandu location. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience aligned with Brand House Nepal’s youth fashion culture. The intern will assist in handling customer feedback, resolving basic issues, and escalating more complex concerns to senior team members. Additional tasks may involve maintaining customer records, supporting sales staff, and participating in team activities to improve service standards. This is an on-site internship role based in Kathmandu.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with an interest in creating positive store interactions.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, sneakers, and youth culture, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow guidance from supervisors.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic computer literacy; prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required.
