Job Summary:
Looking for a Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements and business processes, configuring and testing software solutions, providing client training and support, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key responsibilities:
❖ Understand client requirements and business processes and translate them into functional software solutions.
❖ Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment based on client requirements.
❖ Work closely with clients to understand and analyze processes related to accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, and other business functions.
❖ Conduct UAT, system testing, client demonstrations, and user training.
❖ Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
❖ Prepare functional documentation, including requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
❖ Validate financial and business data and assist with data migration, reconciliation, and report verification.
❖ Provide post-implementation support and assist clients in effectively using the system.
❖ Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while meeting deadlines.
❖ Visit client locations for meetings, training, implementation, and support when required.
Job requirements:
❖ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
❖ Strong understanding of accounting, financial processes, and business operations.
❖ Experience or knowledge of ERP/accounting software and business process implementation.
❖ Understanding of modules such as Payroll, Taxation, Loan Management, Finance/Accounting, or HRMS will be an advantage.
❖ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of UAT, testing, data validation, and reconciliation.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
❖ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
❖ Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
❖ Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
❖ Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi proficiency will be an advantage.
Prior experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, software support, or client-facing roles will be preferred.
