CC is known for quickly integrating with client operations and delivering results without a lengthy onboarding period.Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. The role involves conducting site visits, overseeing space planning and layout optimization, and ensuring design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals. The Senior Interior Designer will also guide junior team members, manage project timelines, and support client presentations and approvals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with a proven ability to develop creative and functional design concepts.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for usability, flow, and overall user experience.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including the ability to prepare detailed plans, sections, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment that align with design intent and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in interior design projects at a senior or lead level.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visual presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
- Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality projects in Kathmandu or similar markets is an advantage.
