Work Mode: Fully On-site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: NPR 100,000–125,000 per month

Role Overview

This is a core engineering role requiring strong technical ownership and the ability to work across the complete Software

Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Selected engineers should be able to understand requirements, define technical

approaches, develop solutions, coordinate delivery, support testing and deployment, and handle production issues

independently.

Full Stack Backend Engineer – 2 Positions

We are looking for backend engineers with strong production experience in Python/Django who can also work effectively with frontend and mobile application requirements.

We are looking for frontend engineers with strong React experience who understand backend integration and can work effectively across the application stack.

Project, Task & Team Ownership

The selected engineers should be capable of operating beyond individual coding tasks. The role may require managing multiple concurrent projects and technical priorities, coordinating team members, tracking deadlines, identifying resource or technical gaps, communicating risks, and ensuring that agreed deliverables are completed.

Demonstrated Production Experience

Candidates should be able to demonstrate what they have actually built, maintained or delivered in professional production environments. Experience with production systems, APIs, databases, third-party integrations, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting will be assessed during the selection process.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
Strong production experience relevant to the applied position.
Strong understanding of software engineering practices and the complete SDLC.
Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver software modules, features or projects.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
