The Skill Development Program provides an opportunity to learn within a professional work environment while contributing to real projects and working with experienced team members across various tracks such as QA, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Cloud/Infrastructure/DevOps, Front-End Development, and Mobile Development.

Program Structure

• First 6 Months – Internship
• NPR 500 per working day

Candidates who successfully complete the internship and meet the required performance standards may progress to the

Traineeship Phase for the remaining 6 months.

Progression from Internship to Traineeship is strictly subject to performance and is not automatic.

Program Details

• Program: Skill Development Program
• Total Duration: 1 Year
• First 6 Months: Internship
• Following 6 Months: Traineeship, subject to performance
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Pepsi Cola, Kathmandu, Nepal
• Internship Support: NPR 500 per working day
• Traineeship Support: NPR 750 per working day
• Commitment: 1-year program commitment required

Eligibility

• Applicants must have completed their Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation before joining the program.
• Students who have not yet completed their graduation, including final-year students, are not eligible to apply.
